Excellent bag

I'm really loving this bag. The convertible nature is what drew me to it and it delivers. Using it as a carry on - it expands and has a ton of space. It collapses back down into a slim bag for everyday use.

The pockets and organization is welll thought out, and the magnetic buckles are cool

Really solid bag!

I've been bike commuting with this bag every day for a couple weeks now and have ridden some singletrack with it on my mountain bike. I have absolutely no complaints. The pockets are well though-out, especially the zipped pocked on the exterior flap, which provides easy access for mid-ride necessities like tools, clif bars, etc. I mention that I've MTB'd with this bag just because with the chest strap, the bag doesn't sway much at all even on pretty bumpy terrain. I have the bag in olive and think it looks really good, too.

I'd gladly recommend this bag to other bike commuters!

Even better than expected

Y'all. I cannot even begin to describe how in love I am with this backpack!!!! I have been telling everyone about it. You know when you were a child in elementary school and you just LOVED getting a new backpack and showing it off on the first day of school? That's how I feel about this one. I was in the market for a new commuter backpack for grad school & living in New England, I could not settle for anything less than waterproof. I stumbled upon Just Porter and was torn between this one & the larger roll-top bag. THE OWNER (that's right) personally reached out to me to coach me into finding the bag that was right for me and my needs. I am a petite gal 5'2" and was worried the packs would be too big/bulky for me. After it arrived and I slung it onto my back, my fears subsided. It does not skimp on storage space, but the flexibility to squish it down when-needed is great. I am studying architecture and have found that its plenty of space for a large laptop, materials/supplies, books & a bike lock. This is hands down a great bag made by great people. I highly recommend!

A Solid Backpack

I've waited nearly a year since getting my backpack to review it. I wanted to make sure I lived with it before passing judgment and I'm happy to say that it has performed very solidly. It has handled nearly every task thrown at it. It doesn't handle overstuffing well, and if something is larger than the interior pocket, the flaps might not protect it against rain damage (since they aren't folded completely,) but it does what it's built for very well.

Very happy...

Super quality and build. Nice size which can be shrunk or expanded. This bag is built for tough weather. Love it!
